Customer Engagement Programe (Twilio)

Twilio is a cloud-based communication software company that is about making nice happen. Where nice means empowering businesses with world-class customer experience that is human-focused, positive and meaningful.

In this Customer Engagement Platform (CEP) campaign, Twilio wants to rethink connection, and to make it meaningful (or simply nice) between tools and teams or brands and customers. To ultimately show that Twilio cares about the business and the people alike, hence Twilio wants to create a connection that is nice for business, and nice for people.

And here's how we do it:

Platform Idea

 

Bridging the gap

We took cues from the logo to transform it into a visual mnemonic. The dot stretches and loops around to form a connect from A to B.

We integrate this new mnemonic with the rest of the brand materials and to ensure that the essence of the brand is not only retained, but elevated.

To kick the campaign off, we've created social post to ignite intrigue.

Masterclass Video

To demonstrate the nice touch through an education content series, The Nice Masterclass Series is created with the goal of making complex information more digestible (and entertaining).
